E-Rotic

E-Rotic is a German Eurodance act formed in 1994 by Lyane Leigh and Richard Michael Smith, also known as Raz-Ma-Taz. The group became widely recognized for their catchy melodies, energetic beats, and playful lyrics, with hits such as "Max Don't Have Sex With Me" and "Fred Come to Bed" gaining strong popularity across Europe in the mid-1990s. In 1996, Lyane Leigh and Raz-Ma-Taz departed from the project to pursue a new musical direction, forming the dance act SEX Appeal.

Despite lineup changes over the years, E-Rotic continued to release music throughout the late '90s and early 2000s. Vocalist Lydia Madajewski contributed to several of the group’s later releases, helping maintain their distinctive Eurodance sound. The group also experienced notable success in Japan, where their style and imagery resonated strongly with local fans.

In 2015, E-Rotic returned to the stage with original vocalist Lyane Leigh and a new rapper, Stephen Appleton. Their comeback single, "Video Starlet," was released in 2016 and marked a fresh chapter in the group’s career. With their bold visual identity and unmistakable sound, E-Rotic remains a memorable name in the Eurodance genre.
